What’s included:

  • A shared (or single*) room in our the newly refurbished farmhouse, or choose our cosy and authentic glamping teepees
  • Full access to our newly built outdoor infinity pool and hot tub
  • All meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals are freshly made by our resident chef using local and seasonal produce, with a menu designed to maximise your fitness goals (vegan, vegetarian and allergies and intolerances will be catered for, just let us know at time of booking)
  • SF Nutrition smoothies providing delicious and nutritious post workout shakes
  • All drinks including house spirits, wine and beer
  • Evening entertainment including ping pong tables at the sunset bar

  • 1-1 consultation with an expert SFR coach to discuss personal goals. Compose your retreat schedule, discuss nutrition and plan your post-retreat journey
